Terms And Conditions

1. Scope of Work

Socio Bhaarat offers a range of professional services including:

Social Media Management
Content Strategy & Planning
Video Production (including DSLR & Drone Shoots)
Branding and Creative Designing
Performance Marketing (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)

All services will be delivered as per the agreed project plan or retainer package.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide timely access, approvals, and relevant information or materials required for project execution.
Cooperate actively in content feedback, scheduling, and planning processes.

Note: Any delay from the client’s side may impact timelines and deliverables. Socio Bhaarat will not be held responsible for such delays.

3. Content Delivery & Revisions

Each monthly cycle/package includes a predefined number of posts, reels, designs, or deliverables.
Any extra content, revisions, or out-of-scope work will be billed separately and communicated in advance.
Revisions are limited to a reasonable number and must be requested within 3 business days of content delivery.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client holds complete ownership rights to all final approved deliverables.
Socio Bhaarat retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials for showcasing expertise.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any sensitive information, data, or strategies shared by the client will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Marketing Results Disclaimer

Marketing performance depends on various dynamic factors (audience behavior, platform algorithms, competition, etc.). While we strive for optimum results, Socio Bhaarat does not guarantee specific outcomes such as number of leads, revenue, follower growth, or engagement metrics.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Delay in payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a minimum 15-day written notice.
Upon termination, any pending dues must be cleared immediately.
Deliverables up to the termination date will be shared as per the original scope, provided all dues are settled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Socio Bhaarat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, governmental actions, or internet outages.
